WeGlow.world is a platform where charities raise money and where donors and supporters take part. The idea comes from lighting a candle: when you give, you see a candle light up on a world map. That makes a gift visible and easy to share.

Donors discover organisations, light a candle, follow their impact on the map and can start their own fundraiser for a cause close to their heart. You choose whether to give anonymously.

What can an organisation do with WeGlow.world?

An organisation manages donation pages, campaigns, events with tickets, auctions and memorial pages from one dashboard. WeGlow Mail, a CRM and the assistant Glowie come on top. Here is what each part does.

WeGlow Donate: a hosted donation page in your own branding, with one-off and monthly gifts.
Campaigns and community fundraising: campaigns in your own branding, where supporters start their own fundraisers.
Events and ticketing: set up events and sell tickets.
Auctions: a separate auction platform linked to your organisation.
WeRemember: memorial pages where people donate to a good cause.
WeGlow Mail and CRM: email your donors and manage your contacts.

What does WeGlow.world cost?

The free plan costs €0 per month and charges 5% per donation. Your donor can cover that 5% on top of their gift. Pro costs €40 per month or €400 per year, excluding VAT.

According to the pricing page, the free plan includes donation pages, campaigns in your own branding, community fundraising, ticketing, auctions, tax data and WeGlow Mail, among other things. Pro adds pop-up and embedded donation forms, integrations and a dedicated account manager. Payments run through payment providers such as Mollie and Stripe. According to our cost comparison, their fees come on top of the platform fee.

What does WeGlow.world not do?

WeGlow.world does not give tax or legal advice. The candle on the map is a symbol, not a receipt. What a gift is worth for tax depends on the country and on the organisation.

As an illustration: in Belgium, gifts made since 1 January 2025 qualify for a 30% tax reduction from at least €40 per year and per institution, according to the Belgian Federal Public Service Finance. WeGlow.world collects the necessary tax details during the gift, adapted to the rules of your country. Glowie does not publish or send anything without your confirmation.
