A donation platform is software that lets a charity receive gifts online: the donation page or form, the payment, the thank-you email and the data you later need for tax certificates. WeGlow.world is a donation platform built in Belgium for non-profits, foundations and associations across Europe.
You create a free account, connect your own Mollie or Stripe account and share your donation page. Donations go straight to your organisation's payment account. Supporters can also start their own fundraiser page, for a sponsored run or a birthday.

What does a donation platform do for a charity?
A donation platform handles the technical side of online giving: the page where donors choose an amount, the secure payment, the confirmation and the record of who gave what. On WeGlow.world you set your own amounts with a label per amount, for example what 25 euros pays for, and donors can give once or monthly.
Which payment methods can donors use?
Donors can pay by card and, depending on the country, Bancontact or iDEAL. Which methods your donors see depends on what you activate in your own Mollie or Stripe account.
What about tax certificates?
In Belgium, a gift of at least 40 euros a year to a recognised institution gives the donor a 30% tax reduction since 1 January 2025, and the institution must ask for the donor's national register number. The WeGlow.world donation form can ask for those details, and your donor overview shows who is eligible. With WeGlow CRM (from 29 euros a month, excl. VAT) a recognised organisation sends the certificates with one click to all of them.
What does a donation platform cost?
WeGlow.world needs no subscription to start: the free plan is 0 euros a month, with no setup costs or contract. A 5% platform fee applies per donation, and the donor is asked whether they want to cover it. Your payment provider charges the transaction cost of the chosen method on top. The Pro plan is 40 euros a month or 400 euros a year and adds the donation form on your own website, among other things.
Can supporters raise money for my charity?
Yes. With peer-to-peer fundraising a supporter starts their own page linked to your organisation or campaign: a sponsored run, a birthday or an in-memory page. Every donation on that page lands in your organisation's payment account, never with the supporter.

A donation platform serves an organisation that receives gifts all year, with certificates and a donor overview. Crowdfunding is often about one personal appeal. WeGlow.world does both: your charity receives donations and supporters start fundraisers that pay the charity directly.
Do I need charity recognition to use a donation platform?
No, you can receive donations on WeGlow.world without recognition. Only an institution recognised by the Belgian tax authority may issue tax certificates; without it, donors get no tax reduction.
How quickly is my donation page live?
A donation page on WeGlow.world goes live once your profile is complete (description, logo, billing address) and your payment account is connected. Most organisations manage that in a day.
Can I put the donation form on my own website?
Yes, the Pro plan of WeGlow.world lets you embed a donation widget or pop-up on your own website. On the free plan you share the link to your hosted donation page.
Which languages does the donation page support?
Donation pages on WeGlow.world are available in English, Dutch, French, German and Spanish, so donors can give in their own language.
