Five rules for email

• Only send to people who gave consent, with an unsubscribe link in every email.
• Leave people who already gave out of the asking emails and send them a thank-you instead.
• Send a reminder to people who did not open the first email, not to those who gave.
• One ask per email, one clear button.
• Test on yourself first: link, fields and unsubscribe link.
