Monthly gifts with SEPA direct debit consent
Donors choose one-off or recurring themselves and manage their gift in their own profile.
Recurring gifts are the most stable basis for your fundraising. On your donation page a donor chooses between a one-off gift and a gift repeated every month, three months or year. The donor confirms a SEPA direct debit consent and later manages their gift themselves.
Recurring gifts are switched on per organisation. In your dashboard you see the recurring income, the number of active gifts, failed payments and the next charge.

How does a donor choose?
On the donation page the donor chooses between one-off and recurring, and between monthly, quarterly or yearly. For recurring they confirm a SEPA direct debit consent. The first payment sets up the mandate, after which WeGlow collects through Mollie or Stripe on the agreed dates.
What can the donor do themselves?
With a WeGlow account the donor manages their gift in their profile: adjust the amount between €5 and €10,000, pause for 1, 3 or 6 months, resume or stop. That happens without contacting you, and for Mollie WeGlow updates the running subscription accordingly.
What does your organisation see?
In the Recurring tab of your dashboard you see monthly recurring income, the number of active gifts, failed payments, and completed and unfinished sign-ups. You can send a reminder to unfinished sign-ups.
