Create a free account for your organisation and start fundraising.
WeGlow.World is the fundraising platform where a nonprofit manages its organisation page, campaigns, donation pages and events. An account is free: the Free plan costs €0 per month and WeGlow charges 5% transaction costs on donations, which donors can cover when your page offers that choice.
You sign up with an email and password, or with Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn. Then you enter your organisation’s name and country, pick your categories and accept the data processing agreement. Until your organisation goes live, you can already explore every feature.

What does an account cost?
Signing up and the Free plan cost nothing. The Pro plan costs €40 per month and adds donation widgets and upselling to monthly gifts on your own website. On every donation WeGlow charges 5% transaction costs; you see the calculation live on the pricing page.
What happens after you sign up?
Your organisation starts as “pending”. You can explore everything, but your pages only become public once your profile is complete and your payment account is connected. After that WeGlow activates your organisation and you get the Free plan.
How do you receive donations?
Donations go to the payment account of your own organisation, not through an intermediary account at WeGlow. For most European countries you connect Mollie; Mollie asks for identity documents of the legal representatives and a bank account.

Is signing up really free?
Yes. An account and the Free plan cost €0 per month. You only pay 5% transaction costs on donations you receive, and donors can cover those costs on their gift when your page offers that option.
Do I need a company number to sign up?
No, signing up does not ask for a company or VAT number. To go live you do need a description of at least 80 characters, a logo and a billing address, plus a connected payment account.
Can I try WeGlow before going live?
Yes. While your organisation is pending, you can explore every feature and prepare campaigns. Your pages only become public once your profile is complete and your payment account is connected.
Which languages does the platform support?
The interface is available in English, Dutch, French and German. Another 26 languages are available through machine translation, so not every text has been proofread by people.
Which payment provider will my organisation use?
Organisations in the EEA, Switzerland and the United Kingdom connect Mollie. In other countries WeGlow uses Stripe, and in Chile MercadoPago. Which payment methods donors see depends on your own payment account.
