WeGlow Mail is the email tool in your WeGlow dashboard. You send newsletters, campaign updates and automated emails to your donors and contacts, without a separate email tool and without exports. WeGlow already sends standard emails such as thank-yous and confirmations automatically; with WeGlow Mail you send messages yourself.
Mailing is free up to 250 contacts and 500 emails per month. In the Pro plan at €40 per month, mailing is included up to 2,500 contacts. Thank-you emails, payment receipts and tax certificates do not count towards that limit.

Your donor list is already in WeGlow. In WeGlow Mail you pick an audience, write your message in the block editor, send a test email and schedule the send. A translations tab lets you keep the same email in several languages.
Let a draft be written
The AI assistant can suggest ideas and write a full newsletter as a draft. It always stays a draft: nothing is sent before you review it and press send yourself.
Measuring and staying compliant
After sending you see engagement, performance per link and delivery problems such as bounces and complaints. Every email gets an unsubscribe link in the footer, so recipients can opt out with one click.

What is the difference with the standard WeGlow emails?
WeGlow sends transactional emails such as thank-yous and confirmations automatically. WeGlow Mail is the tool with which you compose and send messages yourself, such as newsletters or campaign updates. Transactional emails do not count towards your package limit.
Is WeGlow Mail free?
Up to 250 contacts and 500 emails per month it is free. In the Pro plan at €40 per month, mailing is included up to 2,500 contacts. For more volume there are paid packages, and every 1,000 extra emails above your limit cost €2.
Do I need a separate tool like Mailchimp?
Not if you use WeGlow Mail. Your donors, campaigns and data are in the same platform. Contacts from another tool you import from CSV, XLSX, XLS, TSV or ODS.
Can an AI assistant write my newsletter?
Yes, as a draft. The assistant suggests ideas and writes a full newsletter, but sends nothing. You read the draft, adjust it and send it yourself.
How do recipients unsubscribe?
Every email contains an unsubscribe link in the footer. The Belgian Data Protection Authority requires that recipients can easily opt out, and that you respect their consent or objection.
